Yes. MOR includes native Ecommerce integration. Our WooCommerce plugin pushes orders directly from your WooCommerce Orders screen into MOR, and Shopify integration is coming soon. When a driver marks a stop delivered or failed, the order status is automatically pushed back to your store. No CSV exports or manual data entry required.

Does My Optimized Route have a REST API?

Yes. Pro and Enterprise plans include full API access with 9 endpoints covering customers, routes, stops, and deliveries. The API uses Bearer token authentication with SHA-256 hashed keys and supports live and test environments. An API request log in the client portal shows every call your integration has made.

Are there overage charges if I exceed my monthly stop limit?

No. MOR does not charge overage fees. MOR includes a generous number of stops in each of our affordable plans and upgrading your plan is easy and instant.
